when you drink heavy, make sure you eat and drink plenty of water while pounding drinks. that shyt will absorb the alcohol like a sponge, and you should be good the next day.

for me, the ONLY cure for a hangover is time. gatorade don't work. food don' t work, exercise don't work, and water don't work. u just gotta wait until it passes naturally.

if I'm in the crib, I'll usually eat anything we have in the house or eat leftovers.

I'll make tacos
I'll make a corn beef sandwhich
I'll make a panini on the foreman grill
I'll make quesadillas (cuz they are easy and quick)
I'll make a frozen pizza
I'll eat cheese-its
I'll cut up apples, pears or pineapples and eat them.

totally depends on what we have at hand.

of course if you're out, then you can't go wrong with anything. I'd get a pizza puff, I'd get mcdonald or white castle. all shyt that's open late of course.
