Still one of the most memorable TV scenes of all time for me. I don't know how may times I've rewatched this scene, both on my DVR and on youtube.
I actually made some veal osso bucco myself for the first time not long after this episode aired. Cooked it up like Oxtail. :cook:

Show had some brutal fight scenes too :whew:


They're not all on YouTube either, there was this one I was looking for where he stabbed this dude in the thigh, the dude goes to pull it out and hannibal was like "I wouldn't do that if I were you" :ufdup: he pulls it out anyway and started spraying blood like a geyser.
