I have no idea what the problem is here. The guy set up an LLC that bought properties. Like any businessman. He even set it up in Georgia, which if you wanted to be shady, you would set it up in the Caribbean.

To get these loans he obviously met strict standards by HUD to insure the loans....including him or whoever his investors are putting up a big amount of equity to secure a big loan like that.

You are also confusing HUD guaranteeing the loan versus actually loaning the money.

This is mostly a sensationalized hit piece, and this is coming from someone who cant stand Hannity.
