**** happened to Onimusha?

I think they're unsure how to bring the series to this gen. They can't use those old school tank controls like the old RE games anymore. What's left to do but copy the mechanics of an existing game? I don't think the original games sold well enough for them to risk it anyway.

It would be nice if they dropped an HD re-release of the three games though

They can, they just choose not to. I don't care what no nikka say, I loved the tank controls.

There was one part in RE6 where u had the original RE tank controls for like 15 seconds while walking up some stairs

I prefer the newer controls tho, if i want tank then I'll just play the old games
