I picked up on this a few years ago when a client started testing workers on 4:21 and I pissed in a bottle for a few people made $150 for the day saved some brothas they jobs. When I was in NC my father in laws neighbor needed clean urine because her parole officer decided to call her in on 4:21 to come in and she knew she had oxy and weed in her system.$40 easy.
If you don't smoke sell urine you can keep black folks out of jail and keep them employed.
