Black excellence is just about being black and excellent. And that's what Wilson is. RG3 is the same way. When/If RG3 and Wilson succeed, it's black excellence and more ammo nikkas can use to shoot down cac assertions about black QBs. More prestige, more draft consideration, more rep, etc = black excellence promotion.
