TSC FA' Life #ByrdGang
*cues violin*

2014 has been the worst year of my life, and in 2015 I still have a full plate in front of me. Yeah yeah I know...

And it really isn't. Yet in any event, I will say that TSC has been a place that has provided me with some form of escapism that did not include me having to give my credit card information (Online shopping be damned!).

So with that being said, I wish you all a very Happy New Year! I look forward to more fukkery, (mature) debates, gifs and all of that jazz.

Now...

Thanks for the support. I definitely try to keep an optimistic outlook.

As for online shopping being the devil, I couldn't agree more lol. Its so easy to justify buying stuff though. Like, well so and so will like this or I'll be able to use this, so I might as well get it.

I can't front- shopping is my vice (used to be shopping and gambling- never drinked, smoked, done drugs so yeah..) and I'm good at it. I get a thrill getting packages and with Amazon Prime lawd..:heh:

However, I have decided that I will go back try to only buy what I need and with certain products only buy them when the other has been fully used. In 2014 even though I've always loved to shop, I was really doing too damn much to try and fill the void. Meh.

Really even with all of that being said, if I see something and think its cute or that someone I know will like it- welp you already know... I'm buying. :pachaha:

I used to wonder how women do it (shopping all the time) but
Slickdeals has me like a fiend out here. Checking every hour and shyt. :heh: But I look at my monthly bank statements like :wtfbook:. It's even worse now that I have a kid. I buy him something damn near every day.

Actually, I'm out of town and got 5 boxes from the Amazon gawds at the door right now :smugCesaro:

Lol...Getting the best deals is the biggest thrill. You feel like you have gotten away with something. For example, a couple of weeks back, I was browsing Amazon to get Oprah's book, 'What I Know For Sure,' well anyway other books came up but the one that caught my eye was The Oprah Winfrey Show: Reflections on an American Legacy. Why? Because of the price..its still being sold for under $5 originally priced at $50.

I bought two, one for me and one for my aunt and let me tell you, its glorious. Great coffee table book. Point being, shopping is fun and getting the best deals is the best part.
