Ryan Fitzpatrick will never lead a team to the playoffs. Ever.

He threw about 3 passes longer than 5 yards all day. He ended the game with a pick. He is the problem.

Good game Jets brehs. Love how Andy bounced back from the shytty 1st quarter. LaFell showed up more than I expected. The play calling leaves much to be desired however and Dre Kirkpatrick fukking sucks. We need Dennard to come back in a major way. But Twas fun

He was a problem, but it's easier to pick aside who played well.
The D-Line, Forte, and Enunwa. That was it.
The Jets are in a fukked spot. Fitz shouldn't be here, but the GM can't identify a QB with promise when he sees one. Smith, Petty and Hackenberg all suck but at least they can prove that for sure instead of us speculating while we know what we're seeing out of Fitz. There's already no meaning to the season just treat the next 15 games as an evaluation as to what you want out of your next QB because the future QB of this team is not here.
Fitz didn't play like an elite qb (which he isn't and nobody has said he is) but a blocked fg, missed xp, soft play calling on that 4th and 1, revis getting burned and Marshall dropping that pass deserve just as much blame.
Some people only need 2 seasons to know geno can never do anything in the league,need 2 preseasons to know petty sucks,need 1 preseason to know hack is a bust but apparently we need more than 10 seasons to determine if ryan fitzPatrick can get it done.

We had 3 plays of 10 yards in that first quarter did we even have that combo for the last 3 quarters
The thing is,blame can be spread around yes.
But that shyt happens in a game.
But when the chips are down,fitz will always fail. It's proven. He will never ever be able to overcome any type of adversity in a game.
Our defense smothered their o most of the game. Fitz was handed great field position almost the entire game and we did nothing with it. We drive down the field on Bilal and fortes back then hand it over to fitz on the goaline and the drive dies. We get a td there we win the game.
Unless the jets put on all time hall of fame defensive season we will not win with him. So why are we wasting our time?
