I do 100 burpees in 9-10 minutes that shyt hard af. 20 pull ups ain’t shyt for me cuz I been doing pulls for as long as I can remember. I used to think burpees was clown shyt until I did the 100 in 10 minutes challenge :whew:

100 burpees ain't hard either

but I don't wanna do 100 of anything when I exercise, so for that reason... the burpees

He probably jumping to the ground with his hips to the floor first, his arms stop hi body but the hips keep going down putting pressure on the lower back.

That comes from bad pushup form basically. Or doing to many pushups the wrong way

Do them robotic and deliberate if you have to taking notce to keep you lower back bent more upward, if u can't help making love to the floor

Stop humping the damn ground with them pushups

Damn breh, I salute you. I do a HIIT burpee routine doing 4 sets of 10 for 15-20 min, and I’m dead after - I push-up when I go down plus I do 15 push-ups after each set, though. But ain’t no way I’m doing 100 in 10 min.

I would need a few months to get strong enough to do 20 pull ups. It’s one of my weakness.

I could hit 100 burpees right now. Don’t think I could do them straight but 10 sets of 10 with a 1 minute break in between the first 5 sets and a 2 minute break in between the last 5 I could do it.

Gonna need to see vids of y’all doing 20 straight pull-ups. I doubt 90% of the population could do that
Listen i have no reason to :duck: i did over 20 once a day up untill a few months ago when i got in some medical problems. 100 burpies is much more difficult, you need a fully conditioned body. I used to get thick muscle knotts in my neck fukking with burpees.
