That comes from bad pushup form basically. Or doing to many pushups the wrong way
Do them robotic and deliberate if you have to taking notce to keep you lower back bent more upward, if u can't help making love to the floor
Stop humping the damn ground with them pushups

I do 100 burpees in 9-10 minutes that shyt hard af. 20 pull ups ain’t shyt for me cuz I been doing pulls for as long as I can remember. I used to think burpees was clown shyt until I did the 100 in 10 minutes challenge![]()

i did over 20 once a day up untill a few months ago when i got in some medical problems. 100 burpies is much more difficult, you need a fully conditioned body. I used to get thick muscle knotts in my neck fukking with burpees.
