I gotta say the Garden Blocc in Sac..:wow: All the realest gangsta rappers came out that Blocc..

Yeah, Garden Blocc, Brotha Lynch, C-Bo, X-Raided.
:salute:

I'm biased obviously, but I give that vote to 200 Block Randolph Lakeview in the Sco. Cougnut, Cellski, UNLV, Young Ed etc. Coug was one of the first rappers in Cali to have hits, period. "I'm Rollin'" came out in 86' before N.W.A. even had made a splash. Our music might not be that well-known, but was hella influential. Cellski "Stressed Out" was the best song on Master P West Coast Bad Boyz. Thats compilation was the turning point where P really started getting his independent scratch and respect in the Rap game. If Master P never woke his game up and got his independent hustle on in the Bay fukking with the likes of Cougnut, Cellski and UNLV, the South would have never blown up because P relocated back to N.O. with money he made in the Bay a year and some change after West Coast Bad Boyz. No Limit caused the South to blow. No Limit paved the way for Cash Money and the rest is history. nikkas from Randolph really was with the shyt on and off wax. Randolph music was always for and by the streets. No crossover appeal whatsoever for these peckerwoods. :birdman:

*** In before these suburban ass "Hip Hop heads" to start rattling off the names of blocks they've never seen that are claimed by media-hyped up studio gangsters/overrated rappers. :snoop:
