Ja Rule went from 3-4x to 1x between 01 and 02, then AFTER 50 really blew up he went to Gold but his songs still charted high.

People act like to act like he was at 4x then the next day he was nothing but forget that his fall off had already started.

But as far as people hating on him, that's true. Eminem, Dr. Dre and 50 cent shytting on you at their peak hype when you are already on your way out is not a simple task to handle.

Yep, Ja was pretty much fukked cuz he had the Shady/Aftermath machine against him. He couldn't win against that, especially on the decline.

The rappers a part of the Houston Movement:

Mike Jones
Paul Wall
Chamillionaire
Slim Thug

^^^ they fizzled out quick. By the end of 2005, it was like it never happened. I mean Chamillionaire still had hits in 2006 and his buzz didn't die until he dropped the next album in 2007.

they dropped all their classics when they were underground, hit the mainstream and were totally different artists.
