Out here in my damn drawls
Game 3 of the 2011 Western conference semifinals

I knew it was over for us in game 2 by the way Dallas was hitting shots but game 3 let me know it was the end of an era

The comeback sucked you in and had you believing then Aaron Rodgers just pulled a rabbit out of the hat like he does so many times. I'm watching the game and there was no doubt the Cowboys would come back but to actually see the comeback happen and to lose like that was just painful.

I couldn't even sit down when we started to make our comeback. :wow::mjcry:

Dez played his ass off that game. Don't want to hear anybody ever question him showing up for big games again :mjcry:

Being a Bengals fan in general...:mjcry:

Of course watching Palmer go :deadrose: after the '05 season and watching your team's first playoff appearance in 15 years go to shyt. Even worse when it's a hated rival that wins the whole damn thing. :francis:.
Plenty of playoff Ls later and you witness the fukkery that only the Bengals can provide after what should've been the game-sealing INT by Burfict. I was on here late as fukk going off. I probably posted more that night/morning than I did the entire previous year. :russ:

I'll also bring up the 2010 NCAA tournaments for both Xavier men's and women's basketball teams. Both squads should've made their first Final 4 trip that year. :mjcry: I watch the men lose in the Sweet 16 2OT classic to K-State first. Jordan Crawford & Terrell Holloway balled their asses off but it wasn't enough. They would've faced Butler in the Elite 8 and after the fukkery that ended their matchup during the season, I just knew the Muskies was getting in that ass. Turnaround and watch the ladies (with 2 of the best bigs in the country) have mighty Stanford right where they wanted them in the Elite 8. Down the stretch, shorty bricks a layup, X gets the loose ball and shorty has an even worse miss wide open. :martin: Could've still played for OT but these chicks checked out and let the white girl go coast-to-coast on their ass. :francis:

I don't watch Hockey but holy fukk thats a comeback. Might be the GOAT.
The gravity of that loss is still felt in toronto to this day. The whole city literally exploded after we went up 4-1 (like you could hear fans across the city, all over the city cheering with every goal...my apartment was shaking). And with each Boston goal you could feel the dread setting in. The texts stopped, the streets got quiet and by the time OT started, we knew that we would lose. It only took about four minutes before the game was over. Most devastating loss I've ever had to endure. Even worse than Vince missing the shot after graduation. Worse than Deion Sanders holding Michael Irvin and Dallas not getting the flag in the NFC title game. Worse than Romo fumbling the snap. Worse than Dez's catch getting reversed. That Leafs loss changed how Toronto experienced sports.

We were also an 8 seed if I remember correctly and the Bruins went on to play in the Stanley Cup finals after that.
