The Globetrotters picked me out of the crowd when I was about 10 to shoot a free throw for them. I made it and they walked me to the Generals’ bench, sat me down, and told them they needed me

Always entertained me and low key made me love basketball even more as a kid.

20 home games in mid major cities like Louisville, Cincinnati, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Birmingham, Jacksonville, hell even play one at Springfield college where Naismith worked and the HOF is there too.
but I think this is a negotiating tactic to get the nba to fund the globetrotters and also be an alternate to the g league as far as funneling players to the league.
