Not really. Go to draftexpress and look at his bench press numbers. He was the strongest wing in the draft and was stronger than some centers and 4's. He was also the fastest wing in the draft and had the best no step vertical. He has all the tools to be an allstar aside from a good handle. He just has to be more aggressive.
