He got his ring, now he is just enjoying being one of the main guys and getting money. He will be part of Mavs future plans with DSJ. I rather have that then go to some dysfunctional franchise

Barnes would fit perfectly on the Pelicans actually and they certainly shouldn’t have an issue giving up their first for him ... but I don’t know if the Mavs would accept that as being enough for him because there’s really no reason for them to trade him at this point
