Can anyone explain to me why he is NOT in prison though? I would assume it's because he's rich and famous. If I recall correctly, didn't the shells match his gun and tests showed his gun was fired that day? And dude who he shot said "Marvin Harrison shot me" and then was found dead shortly later. 
How doesn't that warrant an indictment? There's plenty of black men rotting away in prison for less.
That being said, I'm glad he's not in prison. As far as I'm concerned he's a righteous vigilante who opened up businesses and provided jobs and commerce to an impoverished black area who was just protecting what he built from a neighborhood thug. And dude he killed seemed like a lowlife who got dealt with for causing trouble for no reason.
It would be funny if T.O. said the HOF didn't let him in because of his antics, but they let in Harrison who is a murderer, just like he said about Ray Lewis.

Isn't forensic proof that your gun fired the bullets usually considered hard proof? Plus the circumstantial evidence of the confirmed altercation they had at the sports bar the night of the first shooting and the victim's statement (even if he is a criminal).

There was never any proof that #88 fired the gun. All that was confirmed was the fight between the 2, and shots being fired later. Dude kept changing up his story and wasn't gonna press charges anyway. He tried to go straight for the lawsuit. He wasn't killed shortly after, he was killed a year later. And while it was the same neighborhood, it wasn't deemed related.
