I wouldn't say exactly motivated but, John Q definitely made more concerned about health care in our country and elsewhere.

As a person who had always had health care it wasn't on my radar that much until I saw that movie. It immediately put healthcare as an issue I would be highly concerned about.

never made a 360 degree turn but these movies moved me in a way that influenced a change in thought:
pursuit of happiness
5th element (specifically the surfing the internet scene)
shawshank redemption

Most movies make me bust out a 360 degree turn.

:snoop:

A 360 degree turn is just gonna leave you where you started.

You have a body don't you? You have legs don't you? You have arms don't you? Go for a jog. Do some pushups. What do you mean you don't have the resources to get in shape?
I have a poor diet, but I haven't drank soda since summer of 2012 though :win:

Resources meaning access to a Gym since I don't have the money the pay the monthly fee. If I had the money and everything else is going right, I would just go to the gym several days a week and go hard on the stationary bike, I have went on long walks [which I enjoy] and felt sore cause of my muscles releasing acid, not complaining as love when that happens, tells me my body got a good workout :ahh:

And I do pushups and situps, but not on a regular basis though, last time I done it was last year during halftime during one of those Bulls - Nets playoff games :pachaha:

But my personal fitness is on the back burner for the time being, once my other issues in life get attended to to, I will try to improve my fitness game.

There are several movies I've seen that have motivated me in one way of another throughout my life.

Honestly with each film I see and like, I try to take something away from it, not always literally but more metaphorically of even philosophically speaking.

For instance I'm very big fan of the Michael Mann movie Ali starring Will Smith, specifically the opening montage with Sam Cooke singing in the background while Will Smith as Ali trains. The focus, the hunger, the desire that emanated from him in that opening scene was the attitude I used to give me focus while I was doing my own training regiments before I joined the army...

When I was a kid and I first saw the Last Dragon and Leroy is getting his ass whooped by Sho-Nuff and he's got his head in the water and it FINALLY dawns on him that he was the master all along and that it was his OWN self-doubt him back from the glow all along... I took that as a lesson to NEVER short change myself or doubt my abilities...

Basically any movie with a strong message towards self determination, self improvement, or triumph through personal conviction is something I would use as a motivator towards real life, merely enforcing the teachings instilled in me by my father growing up.

Pursuit Of Happyness is another one. This dude was a homeless single father working his ASS OFF to make a better life for his son but he believed in HIMSELF and had the determination to make it work and became a damn millionaire. I remember watching that movie in the theater and becoming emotional as hell when that Cac offered him the job and said "Welcome Chris". THATS the Blue Collar Hustle in a nutshell. If this man could do it with a child then who the fukk am I to NOT go hard every single day with no children, debt , two arms and two legs and all my fingers and toes?

Homey, I can almost guarantee you that your health/fitness is more important than damn near every, if not all, one of those issues you're attending to.
