there was no "battle" about it. Bane whipped his ass casually and effortlessly.

and you must have never seen the incredible hulk movie from ang lee

Then batman just stands behind him like and wait for him to turn around and grab his neck.

Batman punched Bane in the face more in the first fight than in the second fight but some how in the second fight, he fukks his mask up which disables Bane's abilities
