FF7 Remake, when the sector 7 plate dropped (I never played the OG FF7 so this surprised me) the moment and the background music of the aftermath got me.
FF7 Rebirth: when they make you play as kid Aerith, and she's trying to get help for her dying mother and everyone ignored her. The closet I ever got to physically crying. Especially when Aerith goes back crying to her dying mother, feeling like she failed her mother.
Also in FF7 Rebirth, when they make you relive Red XIII's torture and you can do nothing about it.

I didn’t cry, but RDR2 made me emotional in the sense I was angry. The fight with fukking Micah and it became apparent I couldn’t win because Arthur was sick and weak, then I had to keep hearing Micah call me “black lung” during the fight. I never hated a fictional character more than Micah.
