Never cried in a game but there were a few scenes that made me put the controller down in shock. Doms death in GOW, a certain unexpected death in Batman Arkham Knight that you had to watch with no control over the circumstance, the death of Ninja / Gray Fox in Metal Gear Solid 1, the intro of the last of us, and the part when they made you think Joel died and Ellie was on her own.
