Best I can remember is when Taker turned on Kane at the Rumble 03. That was the first time Taker had attacked Kane, all the previous times up to that point, Kane always instigated first. Then later that year, Kane attacked Taker I the Buried Alive match.

only one that comes to mind is when Trish Stratus turned heel on Jericho because Jericho made a bet with Christian he could smash which she overheard and took as a Betrayal ... so then when Christian was upset because Jericho was simping and then she aligns with Christian....
