But the hype was crazy
According to the hype he probably should be THE best QB in football right now
And yet I rarely even hear him mentioned as a top QB
I think he has a Philip Rivers type career
Lots of stats and HOFer but ppl who watched in this era will know he wasn’t really all that in the league impact wise

Nope but he's a franchise QB so that's enough I guess.

Out of the 3 QBs in that draft - Luck, RG3 and Russ. I knew Russ was gonna be the best cuz I'm a Hawks fan and paid attention to him unlike most folks who were on RG3 and Luck's nuts.

I knew RG3 wasn't gonna have a long career with all his running. I live in DC so I watched those games and was waiting on the injuries.

I thought Luck would be a Top 5 QB by now but I think he's still on the border line right outside the Top 5. I can see him getting a ring once the Pats have a few down seasons. He'll have to knock off Mahomes one season to do it.

Luck is very good but like most said the hype was too much it's rare anyone could live up to that

somewhere between a pair of D cup tiddies
He had very lofty expectations but that's not his fault.
Finally got a line in front of him, some weapons and coach that can help him succeed.
He may not be the second coming of Elway but he's well equipped to have some success in the coming years.

Let's be reality, Andrew Luck was drafted into an awful team. He brute forced his way into the playoffs multiple years. I believe he was the most sacked QB in the league since he was drafted (or at least top 3) and sustained a shoulder injury which could have ended his career. If you wanna argue he's brittle ok, but when healthy he has played at an elite level, and its clear as last year proved, if you give him a good O-Line and competent front office and coach, he's a Franchise QB at worst, if you don't want to call him elite.
