Nah the rock is the goat when it comes to ethering people. I remember ric flair ethered carlito so viciously. Kevin nash is another that was ethering the cruiserweights in wcw. Scott steiner is another one that is in the conversation also.

Rock's promos weren't that mean spirited and etherous. They were fun and exciting but not that gully. Him drawing so much isn't really a good argument for him "ethering" opponents on the mic, by that logic Hogan was the 2nd most etherous. Scott Steiner is the true GOAT.
