has anybody else out there been having issues with firefox crashing?

just wondering, ever since about july firefox has been a HOE to me bytchass... just crashing outta nowhere in the middle of me trying to read or watch some shyt i'm at a point now where i can't even do it no more, i'm back on #teamchrome whats the deal though??? when did mozilla get so

My issue is when a random 'new tab' sprouts up. I try to click "x" and it freezes and goes to that <Stop plugin> <Continue> shyt Then I can't close tabs after that and have to restart it
