I’m too scared to be on all these meds. I’m scared of the side effects and destroying my body and nervous system. I am scared to take Tylenol nowadays. Health anxiety is so bad these days. I’m not even 40 yet but I’m ready to let go and rest.

Putting a gun to your head will destroy your body nikka. I barely felt any side effects of the meds I tried, its no guarantee. Even if you do they wont "destroy your body". Most are mild, you have to try something. Again I'm speaking from experience Breh. It's the only thing that stopped my daily thoughts.
