Has anyone ever had a disturbing dream like this?

Had a dream once where i was in an airport and some terrorists came in and starting wasting everyone left and right. They got to me and i was kneeling with my head down. Dude pulled the trigger at the back of my head and i woke up right as the gun went off.

Yeah, it was like I knew where I was (in the room at my mom's crib), but I knew I was dreaming...

I used to have weird dreams where I'd just hear a LOUD siren go off (like a fire alarm going off ring in your ear), and literally jump up out of sleep...Sometimes I do it when I'm falling asleep randomly, but I don't hear loud ass sounds anymore.

Man I had sleep paralysis a couple times before I knew what it was. Scariest shyt I have ever experienced in my life. I seriously thought I holy shyt demons are real and I'm fixin to get dragged to hell. Had me contemplating going to church till I got my google on. ​

I've had it happen before, but I didn't see anything. It just had this dreadful feeling that something was coming to get me, and I tried to scream but couldn't make a sound. Then I finally managed to snap out of it and wake up.

Let me tell ya'll a couple of stories. My grandparents live in a house on top of a hill surrounded by woods. Supposedly there had been slaves hung in the woods a long time ago. But the place is scary at night because it is in the middle of the country. One night, a bunch of my relatives were in town for a funeral. It was late at night, all the lights were off. The kids were sleeping in the 'living room.' My brother had been asleep when he woke up and could seen into the adjacent room, which was a dining table. He said there was a green light coming from there. When he looked in from his back on the floor, he saw my aunt who was the one who had died. She was at the table and was looking at him. In my grandparents' room, they had a picture of her in the hospital right before she died and she looked like something out of Thriller. He said he fell back down and laid still till he fell asleep. shyt was too real bros. That's just one, but can tell a few more if anyone wants to hear em.

Yeah man I didnt see anything I had my face covered but like you said I had the most overwhelming sense of dread and felt like evil incarnate was on the other side of the sheet and couldn't move or make a sound till I snapped out of it. That feeling of dread + helplessness..... it took a while for my pulse to return to normal lol.

Me, My Mom, My Sister & Cousin all had/have it. One time the sky opened up and thousands of demons came flying down.

I regularly have sleep paralysis. What do you guys know about being awake, not being able to move or open your eyes, and wiggling your big toe
for 3 minutes(yes, I have had some long bouts with them) till you can actually move.

I had reoccurring dreams of being murdered in the garage under my old apartment by some miniature sandwurm shyts.
I had a reoccurring dream of being on my street at night and a guy materializes from my shadow and rushes at me at inhuman speeds. His body
was a silhouette made of static

There are more, but I defeated nightmares when I discovered lucid dreaming and how much I could control the dreamworld.

Still had those weird moments where I bust on a girl in dream and wake up to find I pissed on myself, the time I felt profound sadness in my dream(cant remember why)
and woke up with my pillows soaked and me in the middle of crying, or the most recent incident a couple years ago where in my dream I was in the backseat of
a moving vehicle, yet no one was driving. Sure enough, im headed towards a brick wall and yell out.

I woke up 2 feet from my bed, underneath my desk, stomping on the wall screaming. Whole fam woke up and checked on me. I used to have the worst night terrors.

I woke up to demon in my room as a youngster.. sat up.. still there.. got up.. still there.. took 1 step toward it.. still there.. took another still there.. I finally got close enough to touch it heart racing.. and it disappeared into thin air.

I used to get sleep paralysis a lot as a kid. It only happened when falling asleep on my back though, usually on a long car ride. I never saw anything but my breathing was slow and controlled as if I was still asleep, heavy feeling, unable to move body, unable to open eyes, but my brain was awake, and trying to get a deep breath was taxing; felt like i was suffocating.. Sometimes id fall back asleep others id finally force myself to break out of it after a countdown. it would happen multiple times in one setting if I fell back asleep after breaking out though. scary shyt

Everything was black but with a red glow and I couldn't move for shyt. It's happened to me so much it doesn't even scare me anymore. I just relax and let whatever happens happen

Had night terrors almost daily until I was 12; if i was sick, guaranteed night terror that night. It was almost always couple with amnesia so Id wake up not remembering it
