I used to tell a young man I know who was hooking up with ladies he met online, he needed to be suspicious of any woman who would not require a man she's sleeping with to wear some form of protection, as it was a sign she was likely looking to get something from him (a baby) or give him something (a disease). He didn't believe me though.

That’s why std rates are high. They must be on birth control and aren’t worried about anything else. I still use condoms and I’m in a relationship. I don’t do birth control, I also don’t want a baby or an STD. Condoms are the best way to prevent both.
