I hate these damn interviews of having to sell yourself and what you can do for the company. Asking you weird as team ethic questions and shyt when in reality a lot of people are backstabbers climbing the ladder:scust:

The closest I ever came was once when I had applied for an opening, got interviewed but didn’t get the job. A former colleague of mine who worked there was the one who suggested I apply. Turns out it went to someone who had connections to the CEO of the organization. The position came back up less than 6 months later. I reapplies and during the interview made a comment about how they should’ve hired me the first time bc obviously the last guy didn’t work out (not those words EXACTLY but basically the same idea). RIGHT afterwards in my mind I thought “when keeping it real goes wrong” LMAO. I think I did it bc even though I was perfect for the role I wasn’t dying to leave my current position. They offered me the job but I didn’t take it bc my friend told me they were in early stages of planning a move to northern suburbs of the city and I refuse to work someplace I can’t take the train.

Showed the interviewer/boss my ankle monitor and got hired because of my honesty :yeshrug:

Read about a dude that noticed in his latest check the company had without warning greatly increased pay..
He told accounts dept. and got an immediate promotion. They were merely testing his honesty :ehh:

And off topic, a reminder for the young brehs that'll be starting out for the first time.
They can leave a $20 bill lying around your work area. This is a cruel test, do not fall for it
