Waynes first single after prison. Heavily anticipated. shyt comes out and wayne snaps, beat is amazing and Wayne drops like 8 different quotables. Its the song of the moment This is Cory Gunz chance to burst onto the scene with a memorable verse "Word to my mama im outta my lima bean" Dude really deaded his whole career with that one opener
"Young Tunechi or young tunafish!" "Swagger down pat. Call my shyt Patricia" Wayne wack & the beat was ass too. Cory really was the best part of this garbage
Breh you wilding! Cory BODIED his verse... “Don't wanna see what that drama mean, guess I'm Dramamine Llama scream, hotter than summer sun on a Ghana queen Now all I want is hits, bytch, Wayne signed a fiend” He just didn’t have the proverbial “IT” factor
Corey had the formula but didn't run with it I remember back in like 2005ish he was dropping underground videos on video mixtapes. (equivalent to audio mixtapes but on DVDs with the visuals) Anyways he was dropping gritty videos of him in the hood and had a banger too forget the name (the chorus was like a choir) anyways he had the NYE gritty visuals and tracks which is what eventually artists like Tekashi, Bobby Shmurda, Pop Smoke ran with it and blew up (I know its blasphemy putting Tekashi with those names but im talking more aesthetics and visuals not as people) but he was doing the the gangs all in the background, in the hood etc before said artists But he for whatever reason went with the cleaner image and tried more of a pop star look and started doing TV etc. If he woulda ran with the gritty version which the lane was wide open I think he woulda saw more success
garbage garbage beat And Cory was going to fumble. He couldn't write a song to save his life. bars are not enough
yeah he can rap about nothing and flip flows but his music is actual trash. there's a whole world of rappers like this. where's the music?
You buggin, Cory bodied that verse He messed up by not capitalizing afterwards though His verse off Wayne's new mixtape a couple months ago was crazy too though. He's still dead nice
