Most if not almost all of us already exist in darkness, had it not been for the creators mercy we would see the hideous reality of our souls for what it is, and many of us do see it when God knows we are strong enough to accept the truth.
That's why in Islam it's called taking the straight path back to God, that's all this life is, a journey. Your job, going to the gym, everything you do in this material world corresponds to the journey you are taking in the spiritual world, everyday. You are either going up or going down. Going towards the light or running from it.
Thats why you see people so rich but so fukked up at the same time because while their spiritual journey might give them great material wealth, in return their soul is forced to dwell in complete darkness, devils all around. When paparazzi chasing some celeb that corresponds to demons following/chasing them on the spiritual plane. Look at Kanye West, for example...he admitted he sold his soul and look who he is around on a daily basis. His wife is a plastic body nutrag, he never smiles, got caught hand feeding some gay cacs. Etc. And he is just 1 example. Charlie Sheen is another...hundreds of millions of dollars but can only be seen with drug addicted porn stars and prostitutes. Because spiritually their souls exist in that same black void. Its nothing for these devils to give you money so THEY can have existence in your world. Think about it, if your job didnt pay you the a$$holes you see on the job everyday you would never even know they exist;in other words, in your world they wouldn't exist.
