Has anyone here worked with/works as a freelance app developer?

I'm looking to create an app and I'm thinking of using Fiverr.

I'd need an NDA signed and I think there'd be an issue between Fiverr and the freelancer because personal information may be needed to sign an NDA.
There should be a work around to this and, for now, I'm thinking of including one that allows for the dev to be identified by their handle and the TOS for the contract we agree to.

Anyway, anyone here have to get one signed? How did it go, what was your work around?

I looked into in the past and scrapped the project due to trust concerns.

NDAs are hard to enforce in other countries. The bulk of affordable gig workers are in other countries and will steal/resell your idea even with an NDA.

If the project is important enough, I'd hire someone that is bound by US laws.

In terms of ChatGPT, I know they just ruled that pictures made by AI are not bound by copyright law. That maybe applicable to anything written or created by ChatGPT as well.
