Has anyone on here ever had a manic episode?

What’s the difference between that and just going crazy? I’ve had multiple friends have seemingly episodes, some been diagnosed with mental disorders others haven’t

i'm sure drugs do as well, but I don't delve into that. Psychosis for me happened maybe 3 times in about 4 years.

Thinking someone else was in the room or a figure that was in the shadow just sitting there. Was just the shade of the room

Yeah 2 of the times. The one time at a friends it was better to just try to sleep. It usually went extended periods without sleep, alcohol would have me going days without sleep like a lunatic
