Has ASAP FERG Surpassed ASAP ROCKY?

Fergs been on a nice run for like 2 years now. Like everyone's saying Rocky isn't really dropping music so...

This is exactly what I mean about being an inconsistent prisoner of the moment.

Barely a few months ago, The Coli was talking about Ferg was done. When he dropped that East Coast record, people on here were talking about it being trash. He dropped several duds in a row, especially his Still Striving album.

But in true shyt-artist fashion (learning from Lil Wayne), Ferg just kept dropping music and working his cosigns. So now that he's got some retread 3-6 Mafia song playing occasionally in clubs, he linked with flabby Premo for the flabby 'real hip hop audience', and he got killed as usual on a decent Mattress song by his father, suddenly "he's had a nice run for 2 years AND surpassed Rocky?!"

ferg is better at making waves for the car for the club basically he's the better hit maker
songs that will fit in espn highlight packages and commercials
also he switches his flow better it gives him more range

The quality of Ferg's music fluctuates like crazy, but when he's on, he makes better bangers and better deep tracks than Rocky.

Rocky never makes any outright bad music but Fergs highs are higher

Seems like Ferg has way more radio hits these days. Better videos. More respect in he rap game. I say he's even the better rapper. Rocky is more popular as a celebrity with the fashion and all that but that's all.
