Yeah, not the biggest problem, but it has made this generation (which we all live in) so damn soft.
It goes hand-in-hand with this "everyone gets a trophy for participating" culture. That "we must protect our kids from any harm physical, verbal, mental..etc" like we don't let people learn failure and how to deal with tough situations. Can't tease another kid (like children normally do in fun) without a "bully" we shield these kids from themselves so when they get older they're used to "winning" all the time and never failing cuz we didn't let them. They've never took a good natured ribbing so they sensitive just moisture dripping everywhere, and we wonder why this is a "lazy" generation. We do everything and take everything for them, what more can/do they WANT to do.
Glad I came up in that mid 80s ('84) that's that last generation of "real" folks...not scared to fail cuz my parents pushed ya boy. Can take a joke and dish it back out not looking to be offended
