Rewatched the Extreme Rules match a couple of hours ago.
Brock just fukking Cena up for 15 minutes, Cena selling like crazy, even Cena's primordial screams before the finish had me on tilt.
I actually don't have much of a problem with how Brock is booked, he was a glass cannon in UFC and he's a glass cannon in the WWE. Gives his opponents a beating in just about every match but can't take a punch for shyt. Hunter did get in way too much offense during their 3 match series but it's Hunter, that's par for the course.
Even thinking back to Taker/Brock at WM, my only problem with that match was the fact that Brock couldn't smash Taker around like he did Cena/Punk, but that's more because Taker can't take that kind of abuse in his advanced state.
Summerslam. CAN'T WAIT.

WWE should acknowledge this feud and the ER match. Have Heyman come out and show clips of Brock beating the shyt out of Cena and say that John got lucky by using a chain and facing a Lesnar that wasn't with Paul and wasn't motivated by the World Title. If the Summerslam match is on par with the ER one...my gawd. That match was completely unique, never saw that on a WWE ring (or anywhere else for that matter). It was the perfect combination of brutality and spectacle

That shyt was like watching Bane or Killer Croc maul Batman. There were times where we all thought Cena was about to catch that Bane backbreaker

In a weird way it made sense as beating a UFC guy makes WWE look stronger but his first match back? Imagine if that were Rusev? We supposed to say "yeah he destroyed Cena though"

at that HHH feud. Had Brock screaming and begging for mercy.

the match with Punk was worse. At least Hunter is jacked and looks like he can fukk somebody up. Brock having to have Heyman save him multiple times from a prep cook looking dude did him absolutely no favors whatsoever.
