shyt my good buddy from college wife got him the same way. We were in engineering and she was too. She always liked my friend but he never paid attention (not because he didn't like her it was one of those things where the class was so big). Well one day we are in a corner and talking about class. He is like I am struggling in that class man I need some help. Well the girl (who is now his wife) then hears us and says hey I got an A why don't I help you. Let's meet up in the library and study.

Next thing you know he was studying with her every week. After about a month they were a couple.

So I asked my homie how it happened he was like man I love that woman. I am sitting here at school struggling cause my parents don't have money. When my girl and I were just talking she took my clothes home and had her mom wash my clothes one week. Then another weekend I was starving and she cooked me a meal and brought it to my dorm.

I some folks eyes what my boys future wife was doing was simping. But to me she was showing him she actually cared for him. So I didnt blame him for being with her and eventually marrying her. Trust someone would have snatcher her up.

As someone mentioned itt, being treated well and adored is not being simped.

The negative annotation with simping is something like a nikka texting you 20 times that he misses you, while you just gone at work.
Or excessive affection in public to the point where your uncomfortable.

We both had 9 am classes and left my room at the same time and we see the alleged simp in the hall. This hoe actually had the audacity to say thanks for the tickets to that nikka:heh:.
