i only remember him with the blond military box joint..then as the crow with the long dark hair...i never knew when he actually switched it up though.

His promo style isn't gonna appeal to everybody because Sting has never been a badass. He keeps things pretty clean. Arguably the best and purest babyface of all time and definitely a better promo than the other dude people call the GOAT babyface, Ricky Steamboat.

Sting's role has always been to contrast the big-time main-event kickass heels he always faced and his promos did a good job of setting him apart from those dudes. Heel promos are a lot easier to cut than babyface promos when it comes to getting the crowd's respect. He made the heels' job easier by doing a good job of presenting himself as being loyal and pure. And he still managed to get good pops.

His strength is more in charisma than talking ability, but I still think he's always cut good promos for what his role has always been.

when he went dark his swag was off the charts he didnt have to say nothing, just show up and leave, and hed get a road warriors pop, alot of "dark" characters have been tried and failed trying to recreate the magic that was the undertaker, he actually pulled it off
