...and yet, you called somebody from your town a "false flagger" because they disputed something you said...

The bay does have national artists per say, because they can make the same amount of money without labels. People in the bay support their own music and the incentive to go to a major label is not really there, but to show how feeble your argument is Sage The Gemini is from the bay as well as Bobby Brackins and E-40. The misconception of the bay making bad music is the fact that our music is catered to our demographic and is not accessible, same reason I don't really like New York rap much, I just don't understand it.

OP...you a troll for this thread.

BUT...

Sh*t is true
(to an extent). We haven't had anyone with a major hit in a long time.

BUT WE DON'T NEED ONE! We have a ton of cats out here that's grinding independently, making good money and can take care of their families. Cats that can travel from the south/midwest/west and do shows...sell a few tapes and create real fanbases. Folks that are living their dreams and getting paid to do it...

I promise you with absolutely no hesitation...there's (WAY) more artists from the Bay that are making a living at music that there are in NY...so how is that a loss???
:heh:

NY lost. Salute to my Bay nikkaz. Us Southern nikka run the North truth be told.
shout out to my NYC stickup kids eating off ATL nikkas well:mjpls:

:pachaha: nothing special bout sage. yall must not realize he is pretty much a 1-2 hit artist. just cause people like a song dont mean they care or even know who the fuk he is. we will let time tell if thats accurate.
bobby brackins:comeon:
e-40:patrice: no one has checked for e-40 on national scale since he rode the lil jon wave jus bein real

His song went to 54 in the Billboard charts.
Name 1 NYC artist that has a video on youtube that got more views than this without a feature

That nikka got more views than Jay-Z new vids got. He got more views than any solo French Montana video. Only French video that got more views was the pop that shyt with Wayne and them.

That's #54 on the pop charts without a record deal. He was #12 on R&B Hip-Hop without a deal. French Montana's "Ain't Worried about Nothing" peaked at #63 on those same charts and he had all of NYC behind him :russ::russ::russ:
Sage charted higher without a record deal :blessed:

He has a top 40 hit. Don't let these NYC cats lie to you.

He is known for his single "Gas Pedal" featuring Iamsu!, which peaked at #29 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it both artists' first top 40 hit,
