I think the coli will really flourish when the rules get a bit stricter around here.

Yes, I know, rules are what killed SOHH but a lack of rules is what's letting shytty posters roam free. We should find a healthy medium to make sure threads stay at the highest quality.

IMO, the IC will never be touched. That could be nostalgia, but it's the way I feel.

I never posted on a board prior to that so for it to be my first one, to see the way everything was on there was crazy. Every forum of the board was active, the only reason i went to SOHH is b/c the wrestling board was more active.

Some of the thread titles and things from here are leftover from the IC. PPM, anybody.

Main problem is, 99% of the newer posters want to be a star. They wanna try to killl ur thread instead of contributing or just not saying anything at all, or they wanna try to "make a name" for themself. If ur a good poster(be it funny, thought provoking, educational), people will respect ur posts without you having to resort to lame look at me tactics

I think it depends on what you're looking for. I think the forum has been entertaining as hell and the sports forum is one of the best out there for this demographic. All in all tlr has entertained me, trolls and all.

damn I couldnt have said it any better, the coli stays jockin' many of the IC threads as well as personas. We were the originators the coli should appreciate what its forefathers did for this site. People like myself and the greats of the IC set the foundation and birthed you clowns

TLR has fallen off tremendously, but the site as a whole still has potential.

Higher Learning definitely needs more posters, or more higher learning type topics need to be posted in TLR

Yeah but who made the PPM thread here.

Anyway, I don't think this place has hit it's peak but it's had an eventful year which is good. I think we've gotta give it time and look to be inclusive of people from other forums or internet social mediums.

Rather than increasing rules, there should be a forum to filter the bad posters and threads. I'd say The Bushes is a great place for it, and in the meanwhile the space that remains can be taken up by better threads. That way a shytty culture can be catered to in a forum exclusive for it while the rest of the forums reap the benefits of better posting. But sky's the limit for this place, offers the best of the best two Hip Hop forums of the past decade.
