I know Shelton was in it last year. Maybe they can put Bobby in the C2 this year. That's if he not gonna be doing anything in the main title picture. But having him featured in the tourney would be a good idea.

Problem is you've then got to have him lose, assuming the final is Take Vs Okada anyway.

I assume they're protecting him until the right time - eventually he gets one title shot and wins it, a short/medium run and then his first loss puts someone over huge.

Could even go the Danielson route and do it right when he's ready to retire/leave.
