Yep 1993-1996 were the years for the turtles 1997-2001 was the dead period tmnt wouldn't get a second life till the vol.4 comic and tmnt 2003 cartoon

Its because Batman: TAS done changed the game in animation. So much, that a lot of franchises post 93 straight up died, or gotten left behind.
