The big 3 era is over. Drake lost and Cole resigned. Kendrick is king right now.

All that being said Tyler is doing his own shyt and seems to appreciate hip hop more as an artform. He's not really the caliber of rapper to be in the big three discussion imo.

Tyler hasn’t changed music. He’s had moments and is filling a space that Ludacris and Busta and other animated acts filled. But… idk.

He’s safe but edgy.
What did J Cole change in music? :unimpressed: "changing music" isn't the standard, only GOAT level people have pulled that off forreal. You could argue he's the only rapper to really blow up off of posting in forums, the same style platform we on now, that's crazy, so many people tried and failed. He also lead one of the most creative groups, who else had so many members go to different lanes and succeed? internet, earl, Frank, vince, Lionel got into film industry, Sage Elsesser(Navy Blue), all got their confidence and found themselves following this nikkas lead.

Kendrick/Carti/Travis/Tyler are the main guys strictly talking music. Atlanta rappers was depending on collabs with Aubrey too much and all the drill rappers just die or get locked up, there's no other competition.

Got DJ Drama and Gangsta Grillz their first Grammy, think about all of the legends who had a Gangsta Grillz and never took it to that level.

When you bring in other elements of influence none of them are close to Tyler, nikka had half of the street wear industry biting his colorways BLATANTLY when he started putting clothes out at like 20, no one was prioritizing colors that naturally went with brown skin before he stood on that hill, so many major brands had ripoffs of his stuff but no one talked about it. Very quietly changed that landscape.
