Many black parents, including single mothers, raise their child(ren) with all the qualities Umar thinks black children should have. The problem is the world, it's temptations, and choices that have to be made as to which is more important to an individual's life. No amount of training is going to take that choice factor away as long as we live on this earth, and let's be real, most people don't want to suffer for the better life and will choose the instant gratification way.
