He is in California so it wouldn't matter. But I doubt either one will be the nominee.
The point isnt whether he will be nominee, its when the primary has ended, does he vote for the eventual winner?

This isn’t a “blue no matter who” question, it’s a “did we not see what happened when Republicans ran the table” question. A lot of folks domestically and abroad have and are dying due to direct decisions these people make and voting in a compromise candidate while still pushing progressive elsewhere is a thing.

The problem is putting people in these spaces so far out before the elections even occur.

I time stamped where he talks about it

Agreed. Only thing is I see him talking about Kamala explaining what mass deportations are. Educated folks, who broadly voted for Kamala, knew. He also doesn’t touch the fact that a lot of white Americans are all about the ‘cism. The promises that would clinch a Presidency usually involves promises that can’t be fulfilled without a great congress.

As for Newsome, it is too soon to call with two+ years to go, but its like idiots who talk about “blue maga” without understanding what drives MAGA. That does not drive democrats and independents who vote for them. A lot of people experienced the cery harm they tried to vote against and people like Hasan speak as if we skip from Democrats losing to some better politician. People die, industries die, and harm reduction can be done while also pulling for better elsewhere. Hasan says a lot right but also allows for too much “some of you will die but that is a risk I am willing to take” when it comes to the damage and mounting work it would take to actually effect change when we let Republicans set us back.

Hasan also speaks more later in this clip where he's taken to task for apathy in his message and how people who have tuned out of traditional media will perceive someone like Newsome if in a year he’s actually running away with the primaries.

Most whites vote Republican regardless and I doubt many of them would've Dem if Kamala were a white woman.
Watch the rest of the video and you'll get a better sense on where he stands.
Personally I feel Hasan more right than wrong with his criticism with Democrats. Democrats have beaten us in the head that we need pragmatism, and take it slow, and don't rock the boat too much approach to where if we advocated for what we actually want we get called idealistic.
We are literally heading for the cliff off the mountain and we need to stop the soft shoeing that got us to this point and really lock it down before it is too late. With the way the Right is crashing, now is the perfect time to get the progressive policies popping but the moderates are so determined to not change that they are willing to bank on upset Republicans for the third time instead of going after their base that they have disillusioned. They are more willing to move right than to the left, and that should be a big problem if you see politics more than a team sport

I hate listening to this guy and im a leftist. Libs hate him. He's one of those "I will choose 3rd party" types if you have Newsome vs Vance.

That’s the right attitude to have. The Dem establishment needs to cater to progressive voters with the same enthusiasm that they cater to Republicans voters like Liz Cheney and the mythical undecided voters.

He’s a god to the Bernie Bro types on Reddit. They already was mad about someone dissing him (might’ve been Buttigieg or Newsome) a couple weeks back and already talking that, “I’ll stay home” shyt.

Not even sure why this dude is a thing besides he is being propped up as " See Left Wing Men can not look like fat feminist wimps"

The thing is this nikka is a rich Turkish kid, and someone made a good point he even said if shyt gets bad he can go back to Turkey. He does not represent the avg American who has no where to fukking run to and even if they are an immigrant changes are the place they can return to is in destitute hence they are here. This dude is cosplaying struggle rather than having to fight for his life. If it ever reached a point where blood needed to be shed this dude would be ghost.
