He played in Conf-USA though, stats from that league should be taken with a grain of salt, and that was proven by how he couldn't even stay on the floor in the league. The Kings could have developed him more, but he wasn't helping matters much, he was a project big that had to fall out the league to develop.

conference USA frontcourt players are not worth much.
yet, a conference USA sg, who is off size and shows promise is a hidden treasure.

all past three Marquette guards of lore are arguably the best five sg's in the league.

then, they have intangibles and the best marks from best dribble drive guy to slasher to most improved.

You can tell he's learning under Zo and Howard because he's already picking up on our defensive rotations much better than he used to.

He also surprisingly good hands and a natural chemistry with Bosh and Wade. He allows Bosh to roam on defense and pressure the PNR and he makes it very hard to double Bosh in the post so Bosg is finally playing his natural position. It's beautiful.

He's still a little foul prone so he I think he'll probably get taken advantage of by the smarter centers. Duncan, Gasol, and those types will probably make him struggle a bit but he's definitely a highlight if our season.
