Everyone wants to blame the professionals around him, but the guy is responsible for his own actions.
Dude has probably been told many times from coaches and teammates what will be better for him, how not to act, do what's "right," how much his actions can hurt the team etc. shyt dude can see for himself the negative consequences of his actions. There's just so much anybody else can do for him or tell him though. End of the day he's the one that walks the path he chooses.
I'm willing to bet this dude has a ton or some very strong enablers around him as well.

Haslem has done far worse in a heat uniform than what Hassan has but they are willing to ride for him in a heartbeat(which they should)
