And it's partially right, if you're a big man playing in the modern game you need to be able to step out and shoot the 3 as spacing is everything nowadays.....unless you're a Gobert who shuts down the paint and on offense can initiate an offense and make passes and reads. Whiteside has the tools for all of this but his bbiq is way too low and he constantly makes dumb mistakes in addition to being a terrible passer. So it's been really hard to play dude.

The Heat are definitely gonna trade him this off season though. Bam already does everything damn near better, and that's without even talking how much of a malcontent dude has been.
