Never forget, I called metro pcs and had kumar assisting me. nikka put me on "hold" to transfer me to another dept and 45 secs later the same nikka picked up the phone like he was in a different dept . I called his ass out and the nikka put me on hold again

Amazon has this bad. When I worked there, people would call and instantly ask, "Are you in the US? If not then transfer me to someone who is."

So most calls would be transferred and 90% of the time it was the wrong dept and by then you have a frustrated customer.

And it pisses people off even more when your issue is something that takes them off script. Its like you've spun their world around and they don't know what to do because generic answers don't fit.
