How Havana is collapsing, building by building

:snoop: Talk about "restoring the feeling". Havanna historical districts probably leaves New Orleans in the dust in terms of sheer number of buildings over 150 years old or so, but obviously the quality/integrity of buildings is falling. Sad to see all that architectural history turn to dust, especially when there are millions of renovators/carpenters/structural engineers/architectects and technology available to restore these buildings.

City could be Miami x New Orleans. @DEAD7 send some free market capitalism vibes out that way.....not the shady nefarious kind, just a lil private investment and entrepreneurship kind..
