yep not to mention you don’t know what the water is covering up…a small pothole, uneven street, etc. that coulda made the person carrying her trip…I learned the hard way not to drive a car thru a flooded street no matter how “manageable” the water looks…I was driving on an unfamiliar road and didn’t realize the water was covering up a “small ditch” and got stuck and had to call a tow truck…under normal circumstances I would’ve seen it and been able to drive around it
